1. Returns and Refunds

1.1. Eligibility for Returns:

Eligible items for return include:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Incorrectly delivered items.
  • Items not meeting the product description.

Non-eligible items for return:

  • Items whose nature, characteristics, or packaging prevent their replacement or return, or make it impossible to return them to their original condition at the time of contracting.
  • If the product is one of the fast-perishable consumer goods.
  • Items not in the same condition as at the time of sale due to reasons attributable to the consumer.
  • If the product is one that is made to specific specifications determined by the consumer, and the product meets these specifications.

1.2. Return Process:

Customers must notify us via email or phone within the specified return period.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

1.3. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued within five (5) to seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Note: In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Tawredaat reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

Note: We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Tawredaat. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and your actions may result in restrictions on your Tawredaat account including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or Tawredaat account closure. Any such item which you send or return to Tawredaat cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you. We can only process a return in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies.

2. Exchanges

2.1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

Customers can request an exchange for a different size, color, or variant of the same product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

2.2. Exchange Process:

Customers must follow the return process outlined above.

In the return request, specify the desired exchange item.

We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange.

3. Cancellations

3.1. Order Cancellations:

Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, cancellations are subject to our discretion.
